We are performing a system upgrade for our OTT platform.

This will require downtime across the board. All apps, web, and the admin will be affected. Background jobs (examples include emails and transcoding) may be delayed. Videos and livestreams in progress should continue playing.

We are targeting total offline time of 10 minutes or less, and we will do everything we can to minimize the downtime, but it may take longer than expected.
